The Home Builders and Remodelers Association has a full-time staff of four.  Let us introduce our four Directors, please don't hesitate to call on us if we can be of any help.

 

 

 

     Joe Sinagra

Executive Officer

Joe joined the HBRA/NV in January, 2001 as Government and Public Affairs Director and was named Executive Officer, April 1, 2003. Prior to joining the Home Builders, Joe ran Right Strategies, a political consulting firm with clients in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Joe was born in New York and came to Vermont in 1994 to attend Lyndon State College. Joe recieved a B.A. in Social Science in 1998. Joe resides in St. Albans with his wife and two children Spencer and Sophia.

  

 

 

     Amanda Ibey

Government Affairs Director

Amanda joined the HBRA in September of 2008, prior to that, Amanda was executive director of the Vermont Energy Partnership, an organization focused on educating the public about Vermont’s electrical supply challenges and advocating for a balanced, diversified energy portfolio.

Ms. Ibey earned a B.A. in International Studies from Muhlenberg College and was born and raised in central Vermont. She currently resides in Montpelier. 

 

  

 

     Connie Brigham

Membership Director

Connie was hired as the Membership Director on November 22, 2004. Prior to joining the team at HBRANV she has managed a guest ranch in Colorado, recruited hardware and software engineers in Arizona and sold software management products in Boston.

Connie is a native Vermonter and was raised in St. Albans. After graduating, as class valedictorian, from Bellow Free Academy in 1994, she enrolled at Bentley College located in Waltham, MA. In 1998, she graduated with a B.S. in Business Management.

 

  

 

    George Parker

Administrative Assistant

George joined the HBRA in January 2009. Prior to joining the Homebuilders and Remodelers Association, George worked in the Housing industry for over 25 years guiding clients through the homebuilding process.

George is a native Vermonter and was raised in Rutland County and moved to Chittenden County in 1999. George currently resides in Colchester.
