Public Meeting: The Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 12 at 6:30 PM in Conference Room #12 in City Hall. The agenda is below.
- Public Forum -The Public Forum is an opportunity for any member of the public to address the Commission on any relevant issue.

- Children’s Museum Request - The Commission will discuss a request from the Green Mountain Children’s Museum to include museums as a permitted use in the Enterprise Zone.
- Neighborhood Improvement Night (NIN) Debrief - The Commission will debrief and discuss the survey results from the neighborhood improvement nights that were held with the Neighborhood Planning Assemblies (NPAs) during the months of September and October on the Municipal Development Plan.
- Wetland CDO Changes - The Commission will consider a change to the Comprehensive Development Ordinance Section 4.5.4 (b) 2 – Wetland Conservation Zone that was recommended by the Conservation Board after completion of the wetlands delineation map for the City.
- Transportation Plan - The Commission will begin its review of the City’s Transportation Plan with a discussion of parking related issues.

Public Meeting: The Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, January 14 at 7:00 PM in the Town Meeting Center.
Underhill
Public Meeting: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on proposed Flood Hazard Area Regulations on Monday, January 11 at 7:00 PM. These regulations are intended to update and replace the existing Town of Underhill Flood Hazard Zoning Bylaw as adopted in 1988 and amended through March 1994. A special meeting will begin immediately following the hearing to accept the regulations.
