The Central Vermont Regional Council was formed over seven years ago to provide members of the HBRA who live and work in the Washington county area with networking and educational benefits in their area. This council currently holds membership mixers on the 2nd Thursday of each month (except June - August) at the Steakhouse Restaurant (at 1239 US Route 302) in Barre OR at a member's location.
