 Joe Sinagra
Executive Officer

Joe joined the HBRA/NV in January, 2001 as Government and Public Affairs Director and was named Executive Officer, April 1, 2003. Prior to joining the Home Builders, Joe ran Right Strategies, a political consulting firm with clients in Vermont, New York, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Joe was born in New York and came to Vermont in 1994 to attend Lyndon State College. Joe recieved a B.A. in Social Science in 1998. Joe resides in St. Albans with his wife and two children Spencer and Sophia.

Tayt Brooks
Government Affairs Director

Tayt was hired as the Government Affairs Director on May 12, 2003. Prior to working for HBRA/NV he was a recruiter/headhunter for the Personnel Department Inc. (PDI)
Tayt is a native Vermonter and was born and raised in St. Albans. After graduating from Bellows Free Academy in 1993 he enrolled at St. Lawrence University located in Canton, NY. In 1997 he graduated with a B.A. in History with a Canadian Studies minor.
In 1999 Tayt was elected to the St. Albans Town Selectboard. Tayt served as Chair of the selectboard until he resigned in Janurary of 2004. He has worked on various zoning and permitting issues including Act 250 and Chapter 117.

Connie Brigham
Membership Director

Connie was hired as the Membership Director on November 22, 2004. Prior to joining the team at HBRANV she has managed a guest ranch in Colorado, recruited hardware and software engineers in Arizona and sold software management products in Boston.
Connie is a native Vermonter and was raised in St. Albans. After graduating, as class valedictorian, from Bellow Free Academy in 1994, she enrolled at Bentley College located in Waltham, MA. In 1998, she graduated with a B.S. in Business Management.

John McCabe
Office Manager

John joined HBRANV in October of 2005. Prior to joining HBRANV he was General Manager of a local Waste and Recycling Company. He also served in the YMCA as Director of Camping Services and was a Sales Manager in the copier industry.
John lives in South Burlington and has two daughters Taylor and Hannah.
